Before Shipping

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.

  • Once the cancellation is processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

After Shipping

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
  1. Refunds for Canceled Orders
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
  1. Exceptions
  • Orders for items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Custom Orders’ cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Digital products, gift cards, and software are non-cancellable after purchase.
